Sunil Bhatt is one of the partners and is a Qualified Fellow Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 2019. At the Initial stage he was associated with the prestigious Dalal & Shah Chartered accountants now popularly known as PWC Chartered Accountants LLP, for 8 years prior to starting his own practice. Apart from this he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He founded the propriety concern in the brand name of BSA & Associates in 2007.

He has accumulated rich experience in almost all fields of professional services. He has 11 years of vast and in-depth experience in International Tax, Transfer Pricing, Service tax and FEMA. His specialization is in income tax. He has advised leading transnational players, on complex issues like mitigating the impact of Income tax at both the Corporate as well as the Expatriate level. Over his professional lifespan he has also worked for International Auditing firms and has gained expertise and the exposure to International Markets and provides advisory to clients on the Entry Level Strategies for setting up office in India, dealing with regulations regarding remittances as well as Inbound/ Outbound investments.  His storehouse of knowledge gained through working with these firms has helped BSA & Associates LLP to stand out from the other auditing and taxation firms which is also confirmed by his existing clients.

He has regularly represented clients in their tax matters before Commissioner (Appeals) and Assessing Authorities. He has also helped clients in various corporate tax compliances.

He also holds the position as a Treasury of Lions Club of India. And actively participates in the socialist programs organized by the club

She is a Qualified Associate Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, in the year 2017 and she is the associate partner in former BSA and Associates since 2017. She has seen a swath of corporate law and legal needs of varied corporations. She leverages this varied background to address client challenges, combining critical thinking with knowledge of laws and provisions to build impactful solutions. She is heading research and legal representations division of the firm.

Dipika gives each assignment the assistance it needs to succeed – be it through researching various laws and provisions, reshaping existing work, concepting a creative solution, or developing an effective tool. While each assignment doesn’t always require simplification, he enjoys the challenge of taking complex problem and communicating them in a simple way for a client’s audience. Her incessant curiosity for integrity, learning and determination has led to the firm’s evolution

Rohit Bari is the Senior Manager in BSA & Associates LLP. With over 10 years of experience, Rohit specializes in Indirect Tax Advisory including GST, customs, pre-GST indirect taxes.  He also strategizes and represents clients in tax litigations.
